The number one way to prevent aging is simple and easy: protect your skin from the sun by applying sunscreen daily. You should choose an SPF 35 or higher that blocks both UVA and UVB rays, and apply it 30 minutes prior to stepping into the sun. It takes only minutes for your skin to be effected by the harmful rays of the sun. You must apply sunscreen everyday of the year, even when you are not planning a beach day. It’s important to wear it while you’re running errands, walking the dog or going for a bike ride. Protection from the sun is the best way to keep your skin looking young.
